Bunter Group has completed installation of one of the two 019-P-1.1 and 019-P-1.2 furnace units manufactured for the condensate de-ethanization unit. The furnaces are designed for heating and evaporation of light fractions in gas condensate. The capacity of the unit is up to 277,000 kg per hour. The useful heat output of the furnaces is 13.7 MW.
The furnace was started up on June 13. After concrete drying, the furnace operates at temperatures and flow rates higher than nominal modes, providing the de-ethanization column with raw materials of necessary specifications. The actual efficiency of the furnace corresponds to the calculated values.
Cylinder furnaces manufactured by the Bunter Group are supplied to the customer with fuel gas preparation units, inlet product lines, and outlet product lines. Frame valve blocks provide fuel gas supply to pilot and main burners, its reduction, flow measurement, and purification from mechanical impurities. Product line units ensure that the product is evenly distributed across the two coil streams.
The pipeline connection between furnaces and control system with process controller and emergency protection controller allows the furnace to be operated safely in accordance with federal standards and regulations.
Our team is ready to implement a project of any complexity.
