Mobile indirect heating unit MUKN-0.12K, a new development of Bunter Group, is designed to heat the oil emulsion by transferring heat from the fuel combustion products to the heated product.
Main parts of mobile indirect heating unit MUKN-0.12К
· heater consisting of a tank with expansion chamber, product coil, furnace device, and smoke pipe;
· burner units;
· gas fuel treatment unit;
· liquid fuel treatment unit;
· air handling unit;
· metal structures;
· pipelines for connection with ZRA;
· local automation unit including instrumentation.
The main elements of the heater are a spiral product coil and a furnace with transverse finned heat exchange tubes. Application of the spiral product coil allows to increase the heat transfer intensity from the coolant to the product due to the vortex flow mode, minimize hydraulic resistance, and contributes to self-cleaning of the inner surface of the coil.
The increased diameter of the furnace (compared to its counterparts) contributes to reduction of noise level. Thermal elongation of the furnace relative to the heater body is compensated by means of a lens compensator installed on the outlet smoke pipe of the furnace.
The simultaneous use of the new design of the furnace and the coil makes it possible to significantly reduce the physical specifications of the heater.
