Automated modular heater with intermediate coolant is designed to heat oil, gas, formation water, and their mixtures in the system of collection, transportation, and preparation of well products.
Gas condensate heating is carried out as follows. The product from the field network enters the heater coil, where it is heated by the intermediate coolant and then discharged from the heater.
The gas intended for powering the burners enters the gas collector, transferred for heating, and then directed to the purification and reduction stage. After purification and reduction, the fuel gas is fed to the ignition and main burners and is burned in the pre-heater furnace, transferring the heat to the intermediate coolant.
The cooled combustion products are discharged from the heater furnace into the atmosphere through the smoke pipe.
Heater PBT-1,6M can be adopted to operate on gas, liquid, or combined fuel (oil or diesel fuel/gas).

The heater unit is designed to transfer the heat from the fuel gas combustion products to the heated product. The heater unit is a tank mounted on a base frame and filled with intermediate coolant.
The furnace is a U-shaped welded structure made of Ø720 mm pipe. Intensification tubes can be installed to intensify the heat exchange and increase the heating surface inside the furnace.
The coils are four- and three-section Ø89x4.5 mm pipe bundles. Each section is designed as a bifilar flat helix. The coil sections in the tank are shifted relative to each other to intensify the heat transfer from the intermediate coolant side.
The fuel treatment unit is designed to house the devices for purification, reduction, and control of the fuel supply to the burner units. The devices are installed under the shed.
