Heater PNPT-3.87 is designed to heat oil and their mixtures in the system of collection, transportation, and preparation of well products.

PNPT-3.87 can be equipped with both standard service platforms with ladders or staircases.
If necessary, the heater can be equipped with specialized flow switching units. Flow switching units are provided for the possibility of operating in different modes: larger heating range — smaller capacity, smaller heating range — larger capacity. Heaters are equipped with specially designed flow switching assemblies to maintain acceptable pressure drop values in the coil.
Operating principle
The product from the field network enters the heater coil, where it is heated by the intermediate coolant and then discharged from the heater.
The gas intended for powering the burners enters the gas collector, transferred for heating, and then directed to the purification and reduction stage.
After purification and reduction, the fuel gas is fed to the ignition and main burners and is burned in the pre-heater furnace, transferring the heat to the intermediate coolant.
The cooled combustion products are discharged from the heater furnace into the atmosphere through the smoke pipe.
