Modular boiler plant UKM-1.7VG

Modular boiler plant UKM-1.7VG is an integral part of the gas treatment unit and is designed to compensate the temperature drop during gas pressure reduction and fuel gas heating for GPA.
Operating principle

In summer and transitional periods, as well as in emergency situations, the coolant is prepared in three hot water boilers Thermotekhnik TT50 1100-1360 with a capacity of 850 kW. Two boilers are operating, one is reserved.

The coolant is heated to a temperature of 95 °C in plate heat exchangers NN No. 86 (manufactured by Ridan) with a capacity of 1600 kW each, one of which is operating and one is reserved.

Fuel gas is heated in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger 600 BFU-8.0-1.2-4.00.00.000 and regulated with a three-way mixing valve ESBE 3F 125 with an electric drive.

Buffer gas is heated in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger 400 BFU-11.8-1.2-4.00.00.000 and regulated with a three-way mixing valve ESBE 3F 50 with an electric drive.

Circulation of coolant in the internal gas heating circuit is provided by two circulation pumps TP 80-240/2 A-F-A-BQQE manufactured by Grundfos.

To maintain the temperature of water (or antifreeze) at the inlet to the boilers of at least 60 °C, each boiler is equipped with a recirculation line with UPS 50-60/2 F 3 ~ pump (Grundfos, Germany), which provides a flow of 10.8 m/h at discharge head of 3.328 mH2O.

Make-up of the internal coolant circuit is carried out automatically from the 500 l reserve tank by two make-up pumps CR 1S-4 A-FGJ-A-E-HQQE 3~ manufactured by Grundfos.

A 300 l membrane expansion tank WRV 300 (top) manufactured by Wester is installed to compensate thermal expansion of the coolant in the inner loop.

The main fuel used in the boilers is fuel gas. No reserve or emergency fuel is provided.

Each boiler is equipped with GP-90M WD33 R1 1/2 gas burner manufactured by Oilon.

The boilers operate under pressurization, the gas ducts from each boiler are led out into individual 15 m smoke pipes Du400 installed on a common girder.
